职位描述：
工作描述：
1、根据产品规范编写测试大纲、测试计划，设计测试数据和测试试用例；
2、实施软件测试，并对软件问题进行跟踪分析和报告，推动测试中所发现问题及时合理地解决。

岗位要求：
1年以上软件测试经验
熟悉软件测试技术、方法、流程，熟悉测试计划和测试用例的编写
熟练使用TestDirector或其他类似的缺陷管理工具
良好的英语读写能力
善于与人沟通，有良好的言语及书面表达能力。工作态度严谨认真，责任心强，具备良好的团队合作精神
